Postnatal /Postpartum Exercise

Birth N Beyond Moms.fit post natal workout program is specifically created by our expert physiotherapists keeping in mind aches and pains that arise postpartum, building up muscle strength and endurance, correcting posture and diastasis recti, mental well-being and most importantly helping you return to your functional goal. Our program takes you through a progressive journey where you see yourself improving with each session whether you take them online or offline

What We
Offer

Step 1 

Assesement 

Full body assessment over a video call or at our in  person centres by our Women's health experts. We asses for Diastasis Recti, Pelvic floor dysfunction and all issues before creating a porgam. 

Step 3

Re assesement 

Reassessment after a month. Next month programme is focused on the remaining weaker areas and the fitness goal that you want to achieve.

Step 2 

Exercise Class

One month personalised workout sessions with our Women's health Physiotherapist includes a mix of pilates, yoga and aerrobics. We address issues like diastsis rect, knee pain or focus on weak areas depending on the assesement.
