Terms And Conditions

1.Attending the class on time will solely be the responsibility of the client.
2.In case of any cancellation class from the client’s side Birth N Beyond shall offer one compensatory class in a month for a group class/ no compensation is given to personal classes.
3. In case of any cancellation of class from the company’s side except public holidays, it shall be compensated in the same week depending on the availability of the instructor.
4. For any cancellation from your side or if you want to request to reschedule the class please inform the instructor 24 hours before.
5.The class fee needs to be paid in advance through GPAY/PAYTM/bank transfer. The client will need to send a screenshot of the payment made.Please mention your full name in the remarks section once the transaction is made.
6.Renewal of monthly package needs to be done on time.i.e within seven days of package expiry.An additional amount of Rupees 200 shall be applicable if the package is renewed later than the given time frame.
7.Fees once paid will not be refunded unless any medical reason for which Doctor’s note will be mandatory.
8.Client needs to inform the Birth N Beyond instructors accurate information about their health.Any changes pertaining to the body needs to be further discussed with Birth N Beyond Doctor’s.
9.Birth N Beyond does not hold the responsibility of any loss, damage, injury or any other mishap in class.
